Getting started

What is Shorts AI?

Shorts AI is an AI video creator for turning ideas, prompts, and story directions into short-form video drafts with scenes, narration, captions, and export-ready formats.

Can I use outputs commercially?

You are responsible for reviewing generated media and confirming that you have rights to prompts, references, likenesses, music, trademarks, and any other materials before publishing or commercial use.

Billing

How do I request a refund?

Use the refund tools provided by Apple App Store or Google Play for purchases made through those marketplaces. If a marketplace approves a refund but the app entitlement does not update, contact support with proof of the approved refund.

Account

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to the account, profile, or settings area, choose the account deletion option, review the notice, confirm the request, and complete any verification step shown in the app.

What if I cannot access the deletion control?

Email hello@getshortsapp.com with enough information for us to verify your identity and locate the account. Some records may be retained where required for billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backups, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.

AI outputs

Can AI outputs be wrong or unexpected?

Yes. AI-generated videos, scripts, captions, voices, or images can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, visually inconsistent, or similar to third-party content. Review everything before relying on it or sharing it.

Privacy

Does Shorts AI train foundation models on my uploads?

No. Shorts AI does not use personal information or uploaded content to train general-purpose AI or foundation models unless you give separate, explicit permission.

Safety

How do I report unsafe content or bugs?

Send details to hello@getshortsapp.com. Include the account email or user ID if available, device model, app version, screenshots, prompt or project context, and a clear description of the issue.
